Everything about getting your order — and what happens if something isn't right.

Shipping within Australia

• Standard — $10. Australia Post, typically 2–5 business days Australia-wide.
• Express — $15. Australia Post Express, typically 1–2 business days to metro areas.
• Free standard shipping on orders over $70.

We currently ship within Australia only.

Order before 2pm on a business day and it goes out the same day. Anything after 2pm, on a weekend or on a public holiday is dispatched the next business day.

Delivery windows are Australia Post estimates, not guarantees. Regional and remote addresses can take longer, and so can peak periods.

Free local pickup — Cardiff NSW

Choose Pickup at checkout instead of Ship. Pickup is free, and orders are usually ready within 4 hours during business hours.

We'll email you as soon as your order is ready to collect. Please wait for that email before coming down, and bring your order confirmation with you.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order is dispatched. If it hasn't arrived within an hour of your dispatch email, check your junk folder before getting in touch.

If your order arrives damaged or wrong

We'll sort it. Email info@nobonk.com.au with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll replace the item or refund you — whichever you'd prefer. Get in touch as soon as you can after it lands.

Change of mind

NOBONK is a consumable product, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns on anything that's been opened. If a pack is still sealed and unopened, contact us and we'll see what we can do.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they aren't of acceptable quality and the failure doesn't amount to a major failure.
