Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your use of nobonk.com.au and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by NB Nutrition Pty Ltd ("NOBONK", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Ordering and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you receive an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there's a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund you in full.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes don't affect orders already placed.

Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. Delivery timeframes shown on the site are estimates provided by Australia Post, not guarantees. See our Shipping & Returns page for current rates and timing.

Returns and refunds

Refunds, replacements and change-of-mind returns are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Product information, nutrition and health

NOBONK is a Formulated Supplementary Sports Food under the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code. It is formulated for people undertaking sustained strenuous physical activity. It is not a sole source of nutrition and should be consumed in conjunction with a balanced diet.

Information on this site — including fuelling guidance, serve counts and training advice — is general in nature and is not medical or dietary advice. It doesn't account for your individual circumstances. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or take medication, speak to a qualified health professional before using the product.

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Allergen and ingredient information is printed on every pack — check it before consuming, particularly if you have an allergy or intolerance.

Accuracy of the site

We work to keep product descriptions, imagery and nutrition figures accurate and current, but we don't warrant that everything on the site is free of error. Where a product's packaging differs from the site, the packaging is authoritative.

Your account and conduct

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to access areas you're not authorised to use.

Intellectual property

The NOBONK name, logo, packaging design, photography and site content are owned by or licensed to NB Nutrition Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or to your use of this site is limited, at our option, to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price paid. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
